COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATIONS TRAINING Most businesses know effective communications is increasingly critical to success - not just for middle and upper management, but throughout all levels of an organization. You learn how to organize and write a presentation, answer difficult questions, speak and act with more confidence, and reduce your presentation fear and nervousness by "training your butterflies to fly in formation."

SELLING SKILLS TRAINING Many organizations train their salespeople in product/service knowledge. As a result, they have about 50 percent of the skills they need to be highly effective - because selling is a great deal more than telling prospects what you want them to know. Using the consultative approach to selling, the foundation for this seminar, sales people gain valuable insights into the psychology of selling – and are exposed to practical and effective sales methods.
Attendees examine the elements of persuasion and learn how to apply them to convert prospect-interest into prospect-action. BUSINESS WRITING SKILLS TRAINING To be successful in business is to communicate effectively, and business-writing skills are essential. Whether it be a memo, letter, business proposal or simply an email, everything you write is a reflection of your professionalism and expertise… or not. To become a more effective writer, PHASE IV Partners’ business writing curriculum examines in detail the writing process, and then teaches business writing skills using a hand-on approach. In short, those taking our “course” will write in the seminars, and get immediate feedback on their work.
PHASE IV Partners provides a systematic process to follow, no matter what kind of document you are writing. From defining the purpose of “Why am I writing this?” to audience analysis, from research to the final document, each piece you produce will be organized, clear and succinct so that the reader knows why you wrote it, what you are asking for, what information you are imparting. In this case, with coaching from PHASE IV Partners, practice makes perfect; the more you write, the better your writing will become.

TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS TRAINING Obviously, time is our most valuable asset. If we waste our time, we waste our life. If we waste our time and don’t manage it well in business, our company loses revenue, and we lose revenue. Time management prioritizes tasks and activities, eliminates unnecessary activities, and manages your time, both personal and professional, efficiently.
In business, time management is self-management. Dysfunctional, individual habits are the biggest impediment to higher levels of productivity. Our Time Management seminar delves into the 3 essential components of time management; procrastination, decision-making and planning, and shows attendees how to meet tight deadlines, manage the glut of emails, juggle multiple and conflicting priorities, etc. One of our tools is a Time Management Worksheet that helps analyzes how individuals spend their time. From this, individual action plans are developed to assist employees manage and control their time. This correlates directly into determining how an organization’s time is spent – and affects, directly, overhead operating expenses.
