STRATEGIC PLANNING
“If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there.”
PHASE IV Partners’ solid, comprehensive Strategic Planning can imbue your organization with energy, enthusiasm and accountability producing targeted, intended results. And results are what we’re all paid for, or should be. PHASE IV Partners creates a strategic plan in partnership with your organization that is both decision- and action-oriented, and concentrates on 5 fundamental areas:
- Creating a Vision for your organization;
- Undertaking an assessment of where it is right now;
- Defining the major areas to be addressed;
- Delineating the steps-to-success within each area, from Assessment to Vision; and,
- Creating an Accountability Timetable of who, what, when, how and the resources needed.
Establishing a fresh vision of your mission can help your organization move forward. Our strategic change process is defined by involving employees from the beginning, where they have substantial influence. Without their involvement, there is no “buy-in” and any attempts by management to put a Strategic Plan in play will falter, if not immediately, then eventually. With employee involvement, resistance decreases and they are more likely than not to take ownership in the plan, to support and promote it.
“Josh brings much needed skills to the challenges in any intense working environment. We were fortunate to have Josh’s help in untangling less than productive relationships in Business Development and Operations. Josh has the ability to create respectful arenas where differences in perception and intent can be discovered. He greatly lowered the risk to all parties involved and proved that through genuine collaboration, win-win outcomes can be achieved. The money we spent to have Josh work with us was saved countless times over in our ability to hold onto valuable employees and to energize teams. He is a great listener but does not shy away from active coaching around sensitive issues. He leads people as individuals and as teams to define their own solutions without letting them take the easy route. The most telling sign of his success was that all parties to the conflicts were very satisfied with Josh’s neutrality and his intelligence and with the processes he put in place for the resolution of problems.” Gloria Nemerowicz, President, PMC
